(1) A person who wants to submit a letter of intent must purchase a document related to the letter of intent with the seal of the ministry and the signature of the relevant officer and submit the letter of intent to the ministry in a sealed manner, including the details mentioned in subsection (2) of section 4 of the Act. br> (2) If a letter of intent is received according to sub-rule (1), the ministry shall register the letter of intent and give a copy thereof to the person submitting the letter of intent.
